Dementia cafes at Royal Exchange – Monday 18 February

11am – 1pm at Royal Exchange, M2 7DH

GM Coalition of Disabled People: Get life savvy workshops – Tuesday 19 February & Thursday 21 February

1pm – 3pm & 6pm – 8pm at Windrush Millenium Centre, M16 7WD

Imagine if… Chorlton & Whalley Range are great places to be for people living with dementia – Tuesday 26 February & Thursday 28 February

7pm – 9pm at Chorlton Central Church, M21 8BF & 2pm – 4pm at JNR8 Community Centre, M16 0BG

Chorlton and Whalley Range dementia action group are holding two community consultations for anyone to attend (professionals, people affected by dementia – and anyone else who is community-minded) about how we can make our neighbourhoods more dementia friendly.  Anyone is very welcome to attend. Partnership board day – Wednesday 6 March

A special meeting for people living in Manchester who have a learning disability and for their parents and carers. This meeting is to hear from people about what is important for them, it will be run by Pauline Doyle from the North West Training Development Team.  What people say will influence the work of the Learning Disability Partnership Board so it’s important that people do have the chance to come along and have their say.
